Here I am, sitting at my desk Jan. 5th 2012. My last post was almost 2 years ago!! where has the time went??
Well to update on my working out…i must have ended that “routine” not long after it started because i am still FAT! but my parents were gracious enough to pay for me to workout with a trainer everyday from dec 5th – jan 15th. you would think i was having amazing results right?? well the answer is NO!
Its obviously ALL about the diet. i have been burning 1000 plus calories a workout, and trying to diet but EVERYDAY i cheat in some way
So i guess thats whats holding me back.
Im hoping to use the next 10 days to really make something happen! because i wanted to have 20 pounds off and its looking like i may only have 10 off. But 10 pounds is 10 pounds!! So hopefully i can stay motivated and stay working out when the semester starts back up!
They say… “nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels”! i wish i could get that through my brain!!
